What you are paying for

The price is per user and month, and a user is anybody who logs in. That includes staff who only clock in and request leave, because they are using the system too.

Where Core ends and Pro begins

Core is the whole of scheduling and time: shifts, the clock, OB categories, overtime, absence requests and the Excel export. For a workplace of up to twenty people who currently keep a spreadsheet, that is the whole job.

Pro is where the payroll file and holiday handling live. Those are the two things that turn recorded hours into something payroll can run on, and they are also where the user limit comes off.

Enterprise

From 18 000 SEK per year, from 50 users. A flat annual price, which is easier to put in a budget once you are that many.

The starting price covers everything in Pro plus unlimited file storage and unlimited project participants. What follows below is bought on top. Each is quoted separately and adds to the annual price, so what you pay depends on which of them you actually need.

Sign-in through your own directory

An organisation of that size has already decided how people sign in, and Timply should follow that decision. As an add-on, Enterprise therefore connects to your identity provider over SAML 2.0 or OIDC. Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace are the common ones, and any provider that speaks either protocol works.

The connection can handle the accounts too. Add somebody to your directory and they get access to Timply; close them there and they are closed here. Nobody has to remember to remove a leaver afterwards.

Service level agreement

Also bought on top. We sign a service level agreement covering availability and response times, and you get a named contact here by name. We set the levels together, because a restaurant group and a staffing firm do not have the same critical hours, and the level you pick is what decides the cost of the addition.
